Shipping policy

At REVETIX, we strive to ensure your products arrive safely and as quickly as possible. Below, we detail our delivery options, timeframes, and conditions.

Shipping Information: 

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Currently, we only ship within the US, UK, New Zealand, AUS, CA.

Shipping Methods:
Orders are usually shipped by using DHL Express, UPS & USPS.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
During peak periods, please allow an additional 1 business day as we work to maintain our premium fulfillment standards.

United States & International

  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days
    (This is the typical delivery window for most regions. Actual time may vary based on customs, location, and carrier delays.)

Priority Processing (Optional)

For faster dispatch, customers can select Priority Processing at checkout.
This moves your order to the front of our fulfillment queue and typically speeds up handoff to the carrier.

Shipping Status:

Once your order ships, you'll promptly receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

If you don't receive the shipping confirmation email immediately, don't worry! We are aware of the delivery date or date range provided at checkout, and rest assured, we will deliver the items within that timeframe.

Order Changes:

Please notify us immediately if there are any changes to your order. Please note that custom and pre-ordered pieces cannot be exchanged for other designs.

Item Not Received:

If you have successfully placed an order and still haven't received it, even though the tracking status indicates delivery, we recommend contacting the courier to locate your shipment. If the issue persists, kindly email us at hello@revetix.com.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we will send a tracking email with your tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Shipping Protection (Optional)

To safeguard your order, customers may add REVETIX Shipping Protection at checkout.
This covers lost, damaged, or stolen packages.

  • If Shipping Protection is purchased → REVETIX will replace or refund swiftly.
  • If Shipping Protection is declined → Responsibility for carrier-related issues rests with the carrier.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct.

REVETIX is not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you need to modify an address, email hello@revetix.com within 1 hour of placing your order.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

  • If you purchased Shipping Protection, please contact us and we will assist with a quick replacement or refund.
  • If Shipping Protection was not purchased, carriers may require 7–10 business days to investigate any claims.
    REVETIX cannot issue replacements until the investigation is complete.

Taxes

Our customers do not need to pay for importing fees, duties or VAT (Valued Additional Tax).

However, some limited countries (especially for some European countries such as Germany, Italy, UK and Canada, etc.) may need to pay duties or VAT according to your countries’ levying rules.

We are required by law to charge sales tax on all items purchased, unless in situations where it is not required by law.

Pre-Orders

Orders containing pre-order items will ship once all items are available.
For faster delivery, please place separate orders.
